splendid view over the countryside. The site is in fact a panoramic terrace
overlooking a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast on the
other side.
It is the perfect way to have total access to the city whilst still being able
to escape in an oasis of green tranquillity.The vacation rentals have easy
access by car and urban bus service.The property dates from the 18th century
during the "Kingdom of the Two Sicilies" is owned by the same family since
1830, the new vacation home has undergone many changes it has been carefully
restored throughout in the last decade.

machine. Internet access, children playground, board games, books & toys.
A relaxing shady area is equipped with barbecue and a dining corner (chairs,
tables, hammocks and fountain ). The property is gate-accessed, so privacy is
assured.

The best sand beaches, only 3 miles away.

sleeps 6+2. Detached country house 120 sq. mt.(1300
sq.ft) The house is arranged on two 2 storey with the living quarters
downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Renovation with exposed beams and floor
board upstairs.
Ground floor: Consists in a large living area in open plan with an ample
supply of sofas and armchairs and a fireplace the dining area is large, bright
and airy with direct access onto the terrace through full length glazed doors.
Fully heated. Piano (in tune), the homely kitchen is well equipped + bathroom
(shower) large dining area with a wooden table that comfortably seats eight
Upstairs: 2 master bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom(with
tub).
Independent Central heating. satellite TV, Cd player,Piano. Its position
renders air conditioning superfluous as the heat is very rarely uncomfortable.
The garden(160 sq.mt) is for exclusive use of guests and comes with patio
furniture. Sheltered barbecue, perfect for eating out in the shade.

If you're looking for a relaxing place with all amenties situated on a beautiful
stretch of Sicily this one is a must. The houses are absolutely lovely decorated
and very well equipped. Everything was in a very good state: kitchen appliances,
bath room, beds and matresses, the garden with the children playground ... you
name it. The pictures on the Internet can't really capture the atmosphere, it's
even better in reality. Our hosts were absolutely amicable and helpful: from
free-of-charge international phone calls to Internet via DSL, tips for
restaurants, sight-seeing, shopping and so on. We, that's my wife, me and our
two year old son enjoyed it a lot. For sure this not the last time that we've
been here !
