Villa Chieste

A beautiful sea villa (a few minutes far from the next beach) in a private area together with another few villas, reachable only through an automatic gate, with beautiful surroundings of macchia mediterranea and a fantastic view to the sea. Either the outside area (1000 m2) or the villa inside (135 m2) are constructed with much love for nice details like the garden with big palms, the first big veranda, equipped with Rattan furniture or the small swimming pool (8x3m) where you can relax in the sun or under the shadow of big trees.
 

There is second spacious veranda, also with sea view, covered with ceiling beams, furnished with a big wooden table for those nice diners and it leads to the fully equipped kitchen which is not connected directly with the main house
 

Directly behind the villa there is a second bathroom/shower with laundry and the outside shower, very comfortable when you retourn from the beach. The open barbeque is close to the big table and the kitchen.
 

From the two verandas you reach the both living areas: The fully equipped kitchen, which is seperated from the other rooms, and the living/sleeping rooms.
The cosy and spacious living-room with open fire place is perfect to enjoy a good book . In this part of the villa there are also 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom/shower.
