campagna sono state ricavate recentemente 5 appartamenti e un cottage. Gli
appartamenti (da 3 a 6 persone) sono forniti ognuno di una o più stanze,
salotto, cucina e bagno, completamente attrezzate e arredate con mobili di
stile, e terrazza o prato separato sotto fiori esotici. Il cottage invece può
offrire fino a 7 posti letto. Ulteriore equipaggiamento: parco giochi,
bibblioteca in 4 lingue, internet, telefono gratuito per tutto l'Europa, aria
condizionata, riscaldamento centrale, lavatrice e altri servizi

è un immobile totalmente indipendente e autonomo posto a pochi metri dal
caseggiato principale. Questo caseggiato ha un giardino di 160 mq. E' stato
meticolosamente restaurato e arredato in modo sobrio ed elegante con mobilia
tradizionale in legno che accosta moderno e antico, tenendo conto della
struttura originaria, soffitto di legno e travi a vista.
Al piano terra: un "open space" di circa 65 mq. soggiorno con divani e
poltrone, camino che apre sul giardino, zona pranzo con grande tavolo,
pianoforte, cucina in muratura completamente attrezzata, (frigo, freezer,
forno a microonde, 4 fornelli, mixer elettrico, tostapane , stoviglie, piatti
e altri accessori. Bagno con doccia con biancheria che comprende un set di
asciugamani per ogni ospite;
Primo piano: Disimpegno, 2 camere con letto matrimoniale, 1 camera con 2 letti
singoli (letto aggiuntivo su richiesta), bagno con vasca, asciugacapelli.
esterno: zona del giardino attrezzata con barbecue in muratura coperto da
tegolato. (lavello, tavoli e sedie e una zona a prato inglese) ad uso
esclusivo di questa unità, La casa è dotata di climatizzatore e riscaldamento
autonomo, TV satellitare, Hi Fi. e Cd player e zanzariere alle finestre.
A lato del caseggiato il parcheggio privato degli ospiti.

If you're looking for a relaxing place with all amenties situated on a beautiful
stretch of Sicily this one is a must. The houses are absolutely lovely decorated
and very well equipped. Everything was in a very good state: kitchen appliances,
bath room, beds and matresses, the garden with the children playground ... you
name it. The pictures on the Internet can't really capture the atmosphere, it's
even better in reality. Our hosts were absolutely amicable and helpful: from
free-of-charge international phone calls to Internet via DSL, tips for
restaurants, sight-seeing, shopping and so on. We, that's my wife, me and our
two year old son enjoyed it a lot. For sure this not the last time that we've
been here !

Hello, I hope Your family is fine after the summer ! I suppose even your kids
started school now and life is back to normal routines..... We really
appriciated the stay with You very much and we loved Sicily - especially the
